👤 For customers

Check your Spam or Promotions folder — emails sometimes end up there.

If you can't find it — ask the cashier to resend the card via the app, or contact us via the support form.

On the home page tap "My Cards" — enter your email and get a one-time code. You can view all your cards and current balance right in the browser.

Updates happen automatically but may take a few minutes. Try: close and reopen the Wallet app, check your internet connection, or pull to refresh in Apple Wallet.

If the card hasn't updated after 15 minutes — contact the cashier or write to us.

Your cards are stored on the server — not tied to a specific device. After restoring or on a new phone, follow the original email link to re-add the card. If the email is unavailable — contact support with your name and phone number.

Under GDPR you have the right to delete your data at any time. Follow the link in your email or submit a deletion request here.

💳 Apple Wallet / Google Wallet

After registration you'll receive an email with two buttons — "Add to Apple Wallet" and "Save to Google Wallet". Tap the right button on your device. The card opens in the corresponding wallet automatically. For iPhone — use Safari browser only.

Make sure you're opening the link in Safari on iPhone or iPad. Other browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) don't support Apple Wallet pass installation on iOS.

Google Wallet updates cards in the background. Open the card in the wallet to trigger a server refresh. Make sure the phone is connected to the internet and Google account sync is enabled.

🏪 For business

In the CardMeUp mobile app tap "Forgot password" on the login screen. Enter the email linked to your account — you'll receive a reset code. If you don't have access to your email — write to us via the support form.

Log into the manager dashboard → "Staff" section → tap "Add cashier". Enter name and email — the system sends an invitation automatically.

Manager dashboard → "Card settings". You can change background color, text color, logo, program name and stamp icon. Changes apply to new cards; existing cards update automatically on the next transaction.

Fill out the form on the home page in the "For Business" section. We'll get back to you within one business day.

🔐 Account

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored on secure servers. We don't share personal data with third parties without your explicit consent. See our privacy policy for details.

The email you entered during registration. You receive wallet card links and, when needed, one-time codes for the customer portal.
